We follow a detailed property manager checklist to ensure your home meets inspection standards. While we cannot control landlord decisions, we offer a 72-hour re-clean guarantee — if anything related to our clean is missed, we’ll return and fix it at no extra cost.

If your landlord or property manager raises any cleaning-related concerns within 72 hours of the service, simply let us know. We’ll review the issue and return to rectify it promptly — free of charge (as long as it falls within the agreed cleaning scope).

The time depends on the size and condition of the property.

As a general guide:

• 2-bedroom home: 3–5 hours

• 3-bedroom home: 4–6 hours

• Larger or heavily soiled homes may take longer

We’ll give you a more accurate time estimate once we understand your property details.

No, you don’t need to be there.

Most clients provide access via key pickup, lockbox, or leaving keys inside. We’ll notify you once the clean is complete. Just ensure the property is completely vacant before we begin.

Our standard move-out cleaning does not include:

• Exterior window cleaning (unless requested)

• Carpet Deep cleaning (available as an add-on)

• Wall washing (spot cleaning only unless otherwise agreed)

• Pest control

• Lawn Mowing

Yes. We bring all professional cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuums, mops, and specialised products.

If you’ve booked carpet steam cleaning or oven cleaning, we also bring the required professional machines for those services.
